Our coaching philosophy is that we are athlete led. No two swimmers are alike, and neither are their abilities or goals. Through our swimming coaching, we work with all types of swimmer, from first time open water swimmers through to those training for a channel crossing. Single sessions, group sessions or some online advice are available, so please get in touch. In addition to your swimming stroke, we work on the core open water or wild swimming skills.
